On September 8, 2020, the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes Company (the “Company”), Lorenzo Simonelli, will present at the Barclays 2020 CEO Energy-Power Conference in New York at 11:45 a.m. Eastern time. A copy of the presentation is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
