Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 6, 2023, the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Lorenzo Simonelli, will participate in a fireside chat at the Barclays 2023 CEO Energy-Power Conference in New York at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time. During the Q&A session, Mr. Simonelli will discuss the planned re-alignment of product lines within our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) segment. The planned re-alignment is effective from October 1st and outlined in the Investor Overview Presentation furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
